The Vinomania concept consists into putting together, in the same premises, a WINE CELLAR, a WINE BAR and a RESTAURANT in a modern and hearty French-style elegant décor.
THE WINE CELLAR AREA. 80% of the wines we feature are Bag-In-Box wines, for the most part labelled as Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée, all available for tasting “by the glass”. The rest of our selection consists of bottled wine and champagne.
THE WINE BAR / RESTAURANT AREA In this area you can taste wine paired with delicacies of the French cuisine : gourmet food menus or tasty VINOTOAST appetizers made of French regional products. With the menu : tasting of 3 wines (3 X 4 cl) chosen by our sommelier and paired with the food.
VINOMANIA also organizes corporate events and private tastings. The franchisee should offer his catering and events services to hotels and restaurants in his region in order to promote his products and create his own repertoire of clients.
* Unlike the Cubitainer (not sealed hermetically), the Bag-In-Box technology, which is a result of NASA spatial research, prevents oxidation by light and especially air. Thanks to a nitrogen-based procedure, air is completely vacuumed from the bladder. The wine is not subject to cork taint or oxidation and preserves its initial flavours several months after opening.
